NEW MOON

NEWBORN 4-12 WEEKS

Congratulations on your new little bundle of joy!  It is never too early to start implementing healthy sleep habits to set your baby and family up for sleep success.  While you are getting acquainted with your baby in these first few precious months, I will educate and support you with gentle tips and techniques to create a healthy sleep routine.  .  

This package includes:

  • Initial Assessment: We will discuss your newborn’s current sleep habits, schedule & routines.  Having this information in advance will help me prepare your sleep plan and allow us to make the most of our time together during the consultation.  

  • A private 60 minute consultation: This consultation can take place in the comfort of your own home, or via video OR phone call if you prefer.  We will discuss your baby’s sleep plan and I will provide tips and techniques to help you instill healthy sleep habits.   

  • Newborn sleep plan: A personalized sleep plan for your little one including information on newborn sleep, baby’s schedule, bedtime routine, night wakings, early morning wake ups, poor naps and any other specific issues you might be dealing with.  

  • Follow Up Support: I will provide 2 x 15 minute phone calls and weekly follow-up emails/messaging until your child reaches 12 weeks of age.

 BABY MOON

4-18 MONTHS

 Sleep deprivation is no joke.  Did you think that your baby would be sleeping better by now?  Instead you’re spending hours rocking your baby to sleep or getting up multiple times at night to feed your baby back into a slumber.  Perhaps you are tired of endless stroller walks to get your little one to nap, or you’re rubbing your baby’s back  thinking they are finally asleep, only to have them suddenly wake when you leave the room and you’re left starting the process all over again.  This package is for you!  We will identify and correct any sleep issues your baby might be having by guiding and assisting your little one to fall asleep independently and developing healthy sleep habits.  

This package includes:

  • Initial Assessment: A comprehensive questionnaire to learn more about your little one’s sleep habits and routines which you will fill out prior to our meeting.  Having this information in advance will help us make the most of our time together.  

  • A private 60-90 minute consultation: This consultation can take place in the comfort of your own home, or via video OR phone call if you prefer.  We will discuss your baby’s sleep plan and I will provide tips and techniques to help you instill healthy sleep habits.

 HALF MOON

Toddlers can be scary, but a tired toddler can be terrifying!  Perhaps your little one has never been a great sleeper and you thought they would out-grow that phase.  Or maybe there’s been a big change in their lives...a new sibling or perhaps you’ve started daycare.  Power struggles with toddlers are tough, but bedtime doesn’t have to be.  This package is designed for toddlers who are still having multiple night wakings, having difficulty sleeping in their own beds or simply don’t want to go to bed willingly or without a struggle. During these developmental years, it is crucial for your little one to get enough sleep.  A well rested child is a happy child - playful, energetic and eager to learn!  

This package includes:

  • Initial Assessment: A comprehensive questionnaire to learn more about your child’s sleep habits and routines which you will fill out prior to our meeting.  Having this information in advance will help us make the most of our time together.  

  • A private 90 minute consultation: This consultation can take place in the comfort of your own home, or via video OR phone call if you prefer.  We will discuss your child’s sleep plan and I will provide tips and techniques to help you instill healthy sleep habits.

 FULL MOON

3-7 YEARS

It’s never too late!  Children develop new behaviours  and strategies over the years and pushing boundaries is what they were born to do.  Stalling tactics are most common at this age - just one more snack, one more sip of water, one more song or story, lying with your child for just 5 more minutes….the list goes on. This package is designed for toddlers, preschoolers and young school aged children who are unable to fall asleep independently, still having multiple night wakings or having difficulty sleeping and staying in their own beds.  It’s not too late to give your child and family the gift of sleep.   

This package includes:

  • Initial Assessment: A comprehensive questionnaire to learn more about your child’s sleep habits and routines which you will fill out prior to our meeting.  Having this information in advance will help us make the most of our time together.  

  • A private 90 minute consultation: This consultation can take place in the comfort of your own home, or via video OR phone call if you prefer.  We will discuss your child’s sleep plan and I will provide tips and techniques to help you instill healthy sleep habits.   

  • Customized sleep plan: A personalized sleep plan including your child’s schedule, bedtime routine, night wakings, early morning wake ups, poor naps (if applicable) and any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

ADD ONS

 The Following services can be added to any existing package:

  • Text Messaging - text message support during business hours - $290+gst/week

  • Email - additional daily email support - $210+gst/week

  • Overnight support - this add-on service is for families who would like additional in-home support especially on the first night of your sleep plan.  I will arrive 1 hour before bedtime and be there to support you every step of the way throughout the night.  

    • Half night:  1 hour before bedtime until midnight (12am) - $1500+gst

    • Full Night:  1 hour before bedtime until morning wake up time - $2500+gst

  • Multiples - same age, extra child (twins/triplets) - $125+gst/child

  • Refresher - this package is for families who I have worked with in the past, but are looking for a ‘refresher’.  This includes a 60 minute phone/video consultation where we will discuss any new sleep challenges you may be having with your child.  Following our consultation, we will have two followup emails to address any additional questions you may have. - $180+gst
