What to Expect When Working with ME!
The process typically begins with a complimentary 15 minute sleep evaluation call to discuss your child’s sleep history, current challenges, and family dynamics.
From there, I will create a sleep plan that is 100% customized to suit YOUR child and your family’s needs and we will discuss your new sleep plan during a 90 minute in-home, Zoom, or phone consultation. Once you start your customized sleep plan, you will receive three full weeks of direct access to me via phone calls & daily messaging so you never feel alone or stuck. I’m here to support you every step of the way!
Did you know I also offer half night or full night support in case you feel like you need a little extra support to get you through the first night or two of your new sleep plan?
And once we are done working together, you always have access to my follow up services only offered to families I have worked with in the past - as we know, these little ones always like to keep us on our toes.
